A dive into the undulatory movement of the column - the waves
An intensive day of immersion in dance and music, entirely with eyes closed.
A day of harvest, integration


This weekend we will focus on the fluid quality of the body.
Revealing the continuous undulation movement passing through it head to toes.
We will start by allowing ourselves to unwind muscular tension, to let go of gross sensations and open the door to subtler ones.
Gradually tune in to the wavy flow and follow it.
Sound and Silence. Observing the slowness and details. Allowing the body to do by himself. Search the paths effortlessly.

We will be using yoga sessions, body work, free embodied movement and touch as tools to help us connect to the wave.

Movers from different kind of levels are welcome to explore with us.
The workshop will be given in english and/or french.



CONTRIBUTION

170€ (support price 200€)

Educational costs will be shared between:
2 facilitators
Accommodation in a collective room / use of the hosting space / studio / sauna
1 meal
